Tuzyun-shuzo
Founded in 1770, Tuzyun TUZYUN SHUZO Co., Ltd. is located in Yamato-cho, Kumamoto Prefecture, almost in the center of Kyushu. Although Kyushu is the largest southern island of Japan and considered to be one of the warmest areas, the outside temperature in Yamato-cho drops to -10℃ in winter, and the temperature inside the warehouse reaches 5℃. Taking advantage of the climate in this town, TUZYUN SHUZO has continued to produce environmentally friendly sake. And in 1991, Kansei-warehouse, a cafe within this oldest sake brewery in Kumamoto Prefecture, was renovated to provide true Japanese "hospitality." The cafe has grown in popularity over the last three decades.
